PLASMA:

A plasma is a hot ionized gas consiso

ting of approximately equal numbers of positively charged ions and negatively charged electrons. The characteristics of plasmas are significantly different from those of ordinary neutral gases so that plasmas are considered a distinct "fourth state of matter." 

PLASMA MEMBRANE:

The plasma membrane is the boundary between the cell and its environment. It regulates what enters and exits the cell. Cells must maintain an appropriate amount of molecules to function inside them.It is made up of lipids and proteins. The widely accepted model of plasma membrane is fluid mosaic model.

Plasma membrane- microscopic membrane of lipids and proteins which forms the external boundary of the cytoplasm of a cell or enclose a vacuole and regulate the passage of molecules in and out of the cytoplasm .
