Answer:
Potential Resources: Resources which are found in a region but have not been utilised completely due to lack of capital or some other reasons. Eg Rajasthan and parts Gujarat have enormous potential for development of wind and solar energy but its use has not been developed properly
Stock: Materials in the environment which have the potential to satisfy our needs but human beings do not have the appropriate technological access or ‘know-how’ to utilise these resources. Eg Hydrogen can be a great source of energy.
Reserves: It is the subset of stock, which can be used with the help of existing technical know-how but its use has not been started and this resource has been saved for future use. Eg tremendous amount of Hydroelectric power can be generated from rivers but its not started yet.
