Poverty Line is a common method used to measure poverty based on income or consumption levels. A person will be considered as poor of his or her income or consumption level falls below a given minimum level ( Poverty Line).
Poverty line Vary from place to place. For example- A person not having a car In USA may be considered as a poor while In India, Owning even a cheap car is still considered as a luxury.
