Power must never be under the control of a single person or a community.
It must be shared among different communities and people.
Power sharing is a system in which the rule of a country is divided among different levels, groups etc.
Power sharing is a essential and important part of a democracy.
If power is not shared among people, it leads to conflicts among them and leads to a damage for the country's unity.
