Explanation:

The sporogenous tissue which occupies centre of the microsporengium have ploidy of 2n(diploid) so it's further divides meiotically and forms microspore tetrad and they also called as pollen mother cell(PMC). the microspore as they are formed arrange in the form of four cells cluster which we called as microspore tetrad.And on the final stage when anther mature and dehydrated and microspore dissociate form each other and develop into pollen grains.
