Hii friend.

Here E represent units of energy, M represent units of mass, And C sq is the speed of light squared or multiplied by itself.

For example:-

E=mc^2
= 1 kg ×(3×10^8ms^-1)
=1kg ×(3×10^8ms^-1)×(3×10^8ms^-1)
=1kg×(9×10^6m^2s^-2)
=1kg×(9×10^16)kgm^2 s^-2)
=9×10^16J

Hope this helps u

Keep Smiling
