Pure substances are those which are made up of only one type of element or compound.
Examples of pure substances:
1.Water containing only H₂O compound is pure.
2.Pure silver metal only contains Silver(Ag) atoms.
3.pure Diamond have only Carbon(C) atoms.
Examples of impure substances:
1.Sugar solution contains water(H₂0) and sugar(C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁)
2.Tap water have water(H₂O),Fluorine(F⁻),Sulphate(SO₄)²⁻ and many other ions.
