A polynomial whose degree is 2 is known as quadratic polynomial or An algebraic expression whose degree is 2 and the powers of variables involved in the polynomial are non negative integral powers. Example : 2x² , 3x² + 5x + 3 , 6x² - 7 are quadratic polynomials . x² + 1/x is not a polynomial.
