Reflex actions are the actions which our body automatically does when there is a threat or change in environment.
Example- when you accidentally touch a very hot pan, you pull your hand back. pulling your hand so fast is the reflex action of your body.

- Example, on touching a hot object (stimulus), we immediately remove our hand from it.
