Resistivity is resistance in unit length per unit area.(mean resistivity is resistance of anything with given length and area)
si unit of resistance is (ohm) or also can be derived from the formula V=IR.
si unit of resistivity is Ohm m-1
as it's formula is [resistivity=Resistance × length/area
so.. it is ohm m-1
