According to ohm's law

I is directly proportional to V ( I = current , v = Potential difference

I = KV ( k = Constant of proportionality )

I * 1/k = V ( 1/K = R = Resistance of the conductor

I * R = V

Hence V = IR

OR

R = V /I

To find SI Unit

Resistance = Potential difference / Current

Resistance = Volt/ Ampere

Volt / Ampere = Ohm
