a.resistor is a material which allows very less electric current to pass through it.

accrd to ohm's law:

it is the ratio of potential difference across it ends and the current passing through it

commonly it is :the propertie of a substance or material which opposes the electric current to pass through it

current:simply flow of charged particles called electrons

electric potential: if one joule of work is done in moving one unit positive charge from infinity to that point is called electric potential.

potential difference:if one joule of work is done in moving one unit positive charge from one point to another point is called potential difference.
