⭐ANSWER :

⭐When a body does not change its place with respect to time i.e. a body having velocity 0 m/s,then a body is said to be at rest .
=> Example is a car standing at one place for an hour.

⭐When a body moves from place to place with respect to time i.e. a body does 'nt having velocity 0, a body is said to be in motion. =>Example is a car moving at a velocity 5m/s.
