Roasting is a process in metallurgy in which a sulfide ore is heated in air


Calibration is a comparison between a known measurement (the standard) and the measurement using your instrument


Rancidity is the complete or incomplete oxidation or hydrolysis of fats and oils when exposed to air, light, moisture or by bacterial action, resulting in unpleasant taste and odor.

Rancidity:-In simple term, it is the spoilage-of food where it becomes unsafe for the consumption. Rancidity changes the food color,odor and flavor.
