Rhizobium is a bacteria which lives in roots of plants. Since plants cannot take nitrogen through stomata so these bacteria convert them into simpler compounds. Then the roots absorb the compound which helps them to survive and for growth. Bacterias are prokaryotics.
Amoeba is an unicellular animal. It injects animals by its foot also known as psuedopodia. These organs are not fixed. They grow n contact whenever needed. They are eukaryotics.
