or Save in default template with default name in current/default location

Save as : Save as will save in new file with the information procided by user for file name , extension and location etc

New : It will open a new blank file with default template or ask to choose template

Open : it will open selected existing file

Header & Footer :

Top &  bottom margin of each page. Information in Header & footer is displayed in all pages of documents.

While Printing , we can choose whether to print or not the header & footer information.
