scalar quantity has only magnitude but vector quantity has magnitude as well as direction

The differences are:-
1)Scalar quantity:-
=>Scalars are the qualities which have only magnitude,they have no specific direction.
Ex:-Distance

2) Vector quantity:-
=>Vectors are the qualities which have magnitude as well as specific direction.
Ex:-Displacement
