A secular state is an idea pertaining tosecularism, whereby a state is or purports to be officially neutral in matters of religion, supporting neither religion nor irreligion.

Secular state definition:

A state which doesn’t has any specific religion and its following is called as secular state. In other words secular state is or indicates to be authoritatively nonpartisan in issues of religion, supporting neither religion nor irreligion.

Such state likewise claims to treat every one of its residents similarly paying little mind to religion, and cases to dodge special treatment for a native from a specific religion/no religion over different religions/no religion.
