The semipermeable membrane is the one that is the synthetic or biological membrane that allows the flow of the ions or molecules by the process of diffusion.
Whereas in the osmotic pressure is the one with the minimum pressure is applied to the solution that will not allow it to move in an inward position across the membrane.
