Soil is a mixture consists of definite proportion of minerals, organic matter, gases and water. When the definite proportion in mixture is changed due to human activities or some other elements are mixed in soil, which brings change in the structure and property, or destroy the property, then soil gets contaminated and looses its natural property.This is known as soil pollution.
