Specific Heat Capacity (C) :
It's defined as the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a unit mass (1 kg) of a substance by one degree.
If delta Q is the amount of heat required to change the temperature by delta T then specific heat capacity will be,
C = Q / m × T
SI unit : J / kg K
Amount if heat absorbed by a body of mass m having specific heat capacity C for a temperature
delta T is,
Q = m × C × T
Hope it helps you.......
