Speed is the distance travelled per time (distance/time) also Rate of distance travelled.
Acceleration is rate of change of velocity [(Final velocity - Initial velocity)/Time]
Friction is reluctance of an object to move compared to a surface (like the resistance that one surface encounters over another) [Friction=Coefficient of friction x Normal force]
