\mathfrak{\large{\underline{\underline{Answer:-}}}}

Speed:- The distance covered by a particle in a unit time is known as distance.

The formula of distance is given by :-

\boxed{\sf{V = \frac{S}{T} }}

Some extra information about speed:-

  • It is denoted by V.
  • It is a scalar quantity.
  • It can never be in negative.
  • The slope distance time graph give the speed.

There is two types of speed :-

  1. Uniform speed:- If the body covers equal distance in equal interval of time.
  2. Non-Uniform speed :- If the body cover in equal distance in equal interval of time.

Ex:- Speed of a car in crowded road.
