spherical mirror is the mirror which cut from a sphere type mirror means lets amaze a sphere like orange if we cut the outer surface of orange we found two types of surface one like cave ( gufa) structure . and other like cone. so in mirror they are called as concave or convex mirror. ......:)

Spherical mirror is the part of hollow spherical glass.in which one side is polished.
if the inner surface is polished then it is concave mirror
if the outer surface is polished the it in convex mirror
if the inner surface is polished then it is concave mirror
