Sprouted seeds are those seeds which start to germinate and push out the shoot for seed to become a plant.
To sprout seeds:
- Place the seeds in a bowl and fill it with water.
- Keep the seeds in water for 8-12 hours.
- After soaking water, seeds will start germinating.
- Now, rinse and drain the seeds until they start sprouting.
