static equilibrium-when the body remains in the state of rest under influence of the several forces ,the body is said to be in static equilibrium ;eg: a book lying on a table ,the weight of book is exerted downwards is balanced by equal and opposite force of reaction vertically upwards.
dynamic equilibrium-when the body remains in the state of motion under influence of several forces
eg:a body moving in a circular path in an uniform speed
