The aims of this survey was to find outfeatures of customers' satisfaction with public services as well as identify some psychological characteristics of consumers, and evaluate the attitudes of public sector employees towards the causes of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
Stratification:
Stratification is the arrangement of things in different groups or clusters.
Social stratification:
This refers to the grouping of people in different tiers according to their socio-economic status which includes race, power, tribe, wealth, income and education.
Features of social stratification include:
1) It is social - social stratification is not inherited biologically rather it is an aspect of social interaction.
2) It is an ancient occurrence - stratification is not a modern phenomenon but rather a very old one.
3) It occurs in diverse forms - social stratification takes place in different forms in the society - rich vs. poor, educated vs uneducated, free vs slaves and many more forms
4) It has consequences - the effects of social stratification manifest itself in the society.
5) It is universal - social stratification occurs everywhere across the globe.
