▶Subordinate courts work under the High Court, there is a hierarchy of courts which are referred to in the Indian constitution as subordinate courts. The Subordinate Courts can be divided into two main categories civil courts and criminal courts. Civil courts established by civil court ordinance 1962 and criminal courts established by criminal procedure code 1898.
