Supply - things which are use for people's needs provided are called the supply .

Stock : things which are available but are not in use due tolack of technical know how.

Stock:

Stock is the total quantity of commodity available for sale with a seller at a particular point of time.

Supply: Supply refers to the quantity of a commodity that a seller is willing and able to offer for sale at a given price, during a certain period of time.

Stock:

1) Stock is the total quantity of goods available for sale with a seller at a particular point in time.

2) Stock is the outcome of production.

3) Stock can be increased if production is increased.

4) Stock is generally more than supply.

5) Stock is a static concept and is not expressed to price and time.

Supply:

4) Supply can be less than or equal to stock. However, it cannot exceed stock.
