HLO MATE HERE IS UR ANSWER.

. SURFACE TENSION

. The tengential force per unit length , at right angles on either side of a line , imagined to be drawn on the free liquid surface in equilibrium is called surface tension of the liquid.

⭐. surface tension = Force / length.

⭐. C.G.S Unit : dyne/cm

⭐. S.I unit :N/m.

. SURFACE ENERGY

. The amount of work done against the force of surface tension in increasing the liquid surface of a given area at a constant temperature is called surface energy.

⭐. S.I unit : joule.
