Tachycardia is a condition in which the heart rate exceeds to 90 times per minute.

The causes of tachycardia are as follows:-

  • 1. Fever leading to rise in temperature

  • 2. Stimulation of sympathetic neural system.

  • 3. Due to physical exercise and heavy work.

  • 4. Strong emotions and feelings within us.

  • 5. Loss of blood in our body.

  • 6. Damaged and weak condition of the myocardium of the heart.
