any thing which makes the life comfortable to human beings is termed as resource. no I not quite sure dome resources are gifted by nature like land soil air but some resource comes after labour from human beings like human resource money

culturally acceptable.

No, resources are not a free gift of nature because:-

2. Human beings themselves are an essential component of resources.

3. Human beings transform material available in our environment into resources

and use them.

4. With the use of technology and interaction with nature and creating

institutions to increase the consumption for economic development.
