That expansion which repeats after certain decimal place..

Ex: 3.340340340....

Non terminating decimal expansion

That expansion which do not repeats after certain decimal place..

Ex: 3.303003000....

for example: 0.52 , 8.45, 9.635..

non terminating decimal expansion are which never give remainder as zere .always contiously give a digit..

for example :0.333.... , 0.537633836..... , 9.33....
