The tertiary sector covers a wide range of activities from commerce to administration, transport, financial and real estate activities, business and personal services, education, health and social work. Tertiary sector is also called service sector because the activities that falls under this sector generate services rather than goods. These activities help in the development of the primary and secondary sectors . These activities,by themselves, do not produce a good but they are an aid for the production process.
