Define the communication ? and explain the process of communication

Communication is the process of communicating with each other. It means that the act of sharing our feelings, emotions and ideas to others is called communication.
Communication is of two types ;-
(i) Personal communication
(ii) Mass communication

Personal communication is a communication done between two people with the help of telephone,e-mail or messages .
Mass communication is the process of sharing ideas or feelings among a large number of people with the help of advertising on television or from newspapers.
