concentration of solution = Volume of solute /Volume of solution * 100.

As we know,

Volume of solute = 5ml ( Sodium Hydroxide).

Volume of Solution = 135ml (water).

so, concentration of solution = 5/135 *100 .

so, concentration of solution = 4ml.
