culture is a mix of different beliefs, objects and behaviors. The culture is basically a trend that is adopted by the number of people which are than called to be of same culture. People use to define themselves on the basis of this culture of them. 

While a society is formed when the people of same culture starts to live among each other and interact with each other. this give rise to the society. And thus a society is than defined by the culture of people that they share.
