Kaal Bsisakhi are the Dusty storms accompanied with thunder storms and rain . These dusty winds are very common during May in northern India. These temporary storms bring relief and lower down the temperature for some time. Sometime they are even accompanied with Rain and cold breeze. 
This is the season of thunderstorms with violent winds which is oftenly accompanied by hail. In west bengal these storms are called - kaal baisakhi - .
