Social equality:

  • Social equality is a state of matters in which all people within a definite society or remote group have the same status in conceivably all respects, possibly comprising civil rights, freedom of speech, property rights and equal right to use to certain social goods and social services.

  • With the progression of public administration over time, the norms of social equity, participation, flexibility, and sovereignty have been changing.
