Hello friend.....
Some of the eye defects are

• MYOPIA
This is also known as short sightedness.
The rays of light entering the myopic eye from a far off distance converge before the retina and falls on the vitreous humour. Thus the person cannot see far off objects clearly.


• HYPER METROPIA
In this defect the light rays from nearby objects converge after the retina. Thus the image formed is not clear.


• PRESBYOPIA
There are several forms of presbyopia.
The common one is HYPERMETROPIA caused due to old age.
The near point gradually recedes away.


• ASTIGMATISM
This is caused due to improper curvature of eye lens and irregularity in the surface of eye lens.
