Based on sides, we can recognise three types of triangles.

  • Equlateral triangle
  • Isosceles triangle
  • Scalene triangle

Equalteral triangle- Equalteral triangle is a triangle with all sides of equal length. For example:- AB= 5cm, BC= 5cm, CA= 5cm

Isoscles triangle-Isoscles triangle is having two sides of equal length. For example:- Ab= 5cm,BC= 5cm, CA= 3cm

Scalene triangle- Scalene triangle has all sides of different length. For example:- AB= 5cm, BC= 7cm, CA= 10cm.
