Nucleus:

•It is a rigid, thick and non-living protective layer present outside the cell membrane.

•It provides definite shape to the cell and protects the cell against internal or external pressure and mechanical injury.

Nucleus :

•It is a portion of Protoplasm which is deeply stained and with maximum density.

•It is a double layered membrane.

•Nucleus is present in all type of cells accept mature RBC of mammals.
