Explanation:

1) Force of cohesion :- The force of cohesion is defined as the force of attraction between molecules of the same substance.

2) Force of adhesion :- The force of adhesion is defined as the force of attraction between different substances, such as glass and water.

3) Latent heat of fusion :- The latent heat of fusion or melting of solid is the quantity of heat in joules required to convert 1 kg of solid to liquid, without any change in temperature.

4) Latent heat of vapourization :- Latent heat of vaporisation can be defined as the amount of heat needed for the convert 1kg of liquid to gas, without any change in temperature. It differs among different liquids.

5) Vapourization :- Vaporization is the process that occurs when a chemical or element is converted from a liquid or a solid to a gas.

6) Boiling :- Boiling is the process by which a liquid turns into a vapour when it is heated to its boiling point.

7) Evaporation :- The process of change of a liquid into vapours at any temperature below its boiling point is called evaporation.

8) Fusion :- The process due to which a solid changes into liquid state at constant temperature, by absorbing heat energy is known as fusion or melting.

9) Condensation :- The process due to which a gas changes into liquid state at constant temperature by given out heat energy, is known as Condensation.

10) Solidification :- The process of change of matter from liquid state into solid state at particular temperature by giving out heat, is known as Solidification.
