Hey there !
Chromatography :
Chromatography is a technique for the separation of a mixture by passing it in solution or suspension through a medium in which the components move at different rates.
Centrifugation :
Centrifugation is sedimentation of particles under the influence of the centrifugal force and it is used for separation of superfine suspensions. At centrifuging forces up to 10 000 times greater than gravity force are used, and at ultracentrifuge up to 600 000 times as great.
Hope it helps you !

Hey, here is your answer -
a) The process of seperating different dissolved constituents of a mixture by their adsorption on an appropriate material is called chromatography.
b) Centifugation is the method of seperating solids from liquids where the mixture is homogenous which is call churning. This process is used to seperate the components is a mixture which differ in their density.
