Legal Aid Fund : Legal aid means giving free legal services to poor and needy who are incapable of availing the services of a lawyer for prosecuting a case or a legal proceeding in any court, tribunal or before an authority. Legal aid is offered mainly for civil matters. Legal aid is also called as public funding as individuals obtain funds for pursuing their claim. Generally, legal aid is provided by organizations established to serve the legal needs of people who cannot retain their own counsel for financial reasons .

Free Legal Aid : Free legal aid is provided to ensure that opportunities for justice are not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other disabilities. Legal services includes rendering of any service in the conduct of any case or other legal proceedings before any court and giving of advice on any legal matter.
