Answer:

a) Rotational motion is a kind of motion in which the body follows a curved path. For example, the wheel of the car or train is in constant rotational motion,Fan moving in the house.

b) random Motion: It is an unpredictable type of motion in which an object moves in any direction and the direction changes continuously.

eg.The honey bee moves from one flower to another in search of nectar .

     Kite flying in air.

c)MULTIPLE MOTION:-The type of motion which is combination of two or more types of motion is called multiple motion.

for example. a vehicle performs both rotatory and translatory motions.

the wheels of a bicycle perform rotatory motion and the bicycle itself performs translatory motion.

 d)  Oscillatory motion is defined as the to and fro motion of an object from its mean position. The ideal condition is that the object can be in oscillatory motion forever in the absence of friction but in the real world, this is not possible and the object has to settle into equilibrium.

eg.scillation of simple pendulum

      Movement of spring

e)Periodic motion is a motion which is repeated by a body in equal intervals of time. The interval or cycle for the repetition of motion is known as a period and the number of periods per unit time is known as frequency of that body performing periodic motion.

eg. periodic motion are tuning fork,

     swing in motion, bouncing ball.
