Accountablity:
Accountablity is also known as answerablity. It is the assurance that somebody is held responsible for their deeds. Any action performed by an individual completely rely upon him.
Public Participation:
It directly involves the participation of public in decision making. In other words, public participation is also called as citizen participation. It acts as an intermediate between the people making decisions and the public. Representation:
Representation is the process of involving citizens, who are given a chance to voice out their concerns for public welfare.
