In Chemistry :- The spontaneous movement of a substance from a region of higher concentration to region where its concentration is low is known as Diffusion. Example :- The smell of hot sizzling food.

In Bio : - The inter molecular movement of a substance from a region of higher concentration cell to a region of lower concentration cell. Example :- Carbon dioxide and Oxygen moves in our body through Diffusion.
