Heya Mate.....

1 Germination is the process by which an organism grows from a seed or similar structure. The most common example of germination is the sprouting of a seedling from a seed of an angiosperm or gymnosperm.

2 Biological dispersal refers to both the movement of individuals from their birth site to their breeding site, as well as the movement from one breeding site to another. Dispersal is also used to describe the movement of propagules such as seeds and spores.

3 Agriculture is the process of producing food, feed, fiber and many other desired products by the cultivation of certain plants and the raising of domesticated animals (livestock).

4 In botany, the radicle is the first part of a seedling to emerge from the seed during the process of germination. The radicle is the embryonic root of the plant, and grows downward in the soil. Above the radicle is the embryonic stem or hypocotyl, supporting the cotyledon. It is the embryonic root inside the seed.

5 (1) (botany) The bud of a young plant; the portion of the plant embryo giving rise to the first true leaves, especially above the cotyledons.

(2) (zoology) A down feather.
