(1) Exocrine gland are the glands with duct that pour their secretions into these ducts. The glands are present near the site of action and their secretions are called enzymes.
(2) Endocrine gland are the ductless glands which pour their secretions directly in the blood which carries them to their place of action. The secretion are called hormones.
(3) Hormones are the secretions of endocrine glands that are special chemicals which provide chemical coordination,integration and regulation in human body by influencing the synthesis,activation or inhibition of certain metabolic processes in the body.
